Today is day 14 of the 21- Day Gratitude Challenge! On this Super Sunday we are focusing on verbalizing our gratitude just like one of the ten lepers did whom God healed in Luke 17.
“Then one of them, when he saw that he was healed, turned back, praising God with a loud voice.”—Luke 17:15
He came loudly. He couldn’t contain his gratitude. This occasion called for an unrestrained, extreme, public display of thanks.
Gratitude Task: Verbalize your gratitude.
Look for an opportunity today to thank the Lord for what He has done in your life—aloud and in the presence of others.
Pray for a Grateful Heart
Lord God, Give me a heart of continuous gratitude. I want to be like the leper who returns to you to give unashamed and unrestrained thanks regarding all that you’ve done, are doing, and will do in my life in Jesus name I pray. Thank you Father. Amen.
In addition to verbalizing your gratitude and praying for a grateful heart, list 3 things you are grateful for on today.
The 3 things I am grateful for on today:
1. A church where I can go fellowship and glorify the Lord with like-minded individuals.
2. Victory through Jesus Christ!
3. Being blessed to use my bodily members to praise the Lord.
Please feel free to share any feedback regarding today’s gratitude challenge. I ‘m excited to hear from you 😉
