Many times it’s easy to talk about what we’re going to do but often times it’s never done. I want to be a person who not only talks the talk but walks the walk. That means simply doing what I say I’m going to do. In this challenge we are going to make a commitment to change by taking action on the things you listed in your journal on yesterday.
