It’s November!! and I thought what a great time to begin a 21 – Day Gratitude Challenge! This will be a slightly altered version of the gratitude challenge I participated in and hosted on last year when I first started blogging. The purpose of this challenge is to focus on the blessing of the Lord and be a blessing to others.

Sometimes our outward circumstances don’t look to swell but there is always something to be grateful for and that’s what we will put into practice and share with other’s as we take on this challenge.

The 21 – Day Gratitude Challenge will begin on Monday, November 3rd and will end on Sunday, November 23rd. The challenge is for any and everyone who wants to participate by practicing gratitude and sharing the results (I hope you will join with me ;-).  There will be gratitude task given each day until the end of the challenge.  The task of the gratitude challenge can range anywhere from sharing a thank you card to giving thanks for being able to help someone else.

At the end of the day, you are to revisit Simply Life to share your results for the day and to join other participants in the discussions.

Spread the Word!! Blog about it!!

Share this link Simply Life Blog 21- Gratitude Challenge with friends and family who may enjoy participating. Talk about it on Facebook, Twitter, or other social media. Consider posting about your daily task and results on your blog page as a way to get the message of gratitude out and inspire your readers to get involved!

Prep Day – Start a Gratitude Journal

As well as sharing your challenge results in the comment section each day I also suggest you keep a Gratitude Journal. Simply start by selecting what kind of Gratitude journal, there are many formats to choose from. you can use Word, Excel, Powerpoint, or a free blog site such as WordPress or Blogger such as this one.  Of course there is always a handy-dandy notebook around that you can title “My Gratitude Journal and if you’d like to make it personal design the cover with decorations and drawings. it’s all up to you because it’s Your Gratitude Journal! Other than that let’s get ready to share more gratitude;-)
